How long does it take for my bracelet(s) to be made?
Turnaround time is anywhere from 1-10 business days. With that being said, additional days may be required in times of high volume. When your order is filled - you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number attached!
PLEASE NOTE - If you need an order rushed and purchase Priority shipping, this does not mean that the turnaround time for your order will be high priority as well. It is very important to please contact me to inform me that you need the order rushed which includes a rushing fee.
How do I know what size I am?
It is HIGHLY recommended that you measure prior to placing an order. Please visit the sizing guide. Use a soft measuring tape or a string. If using a string - first measure wrist at a tight fit, mark the spot where you would like them to sit, then put string up to a measuring tape. Size .25-.5 inches up for a more tight fit and size .75 - 1 inche(s) up for a more loose fit. If you need a size that is not listed (smaller and/or larger - not a size in-between the ones listed), please contact me.
What kind of care do my bracelets need?
14k Gold Filled beads are tarnish free! They love to swim, shower, and sweat with you! Painted beads are subject to fading overtime - as well as lettering (white, black, gold & rose gold.. .925 Sterling Silver are likely to tarnish overtime when coming into contact with water, oils, lotions, and perfumes. It is HIGHLY recommended that bracelets are rolled on and off as they are stretchy with potential of breaking if too much tension is put on them. Avoid pulling, tugging, and stretching when possible! Shopjennamarie is not responsible for any breakage of bracelets/does not refund.
What is the return policy?
Due to each piece being custom made - refunds and exchanges are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on your location - as well as what shipping method is purchased. USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Overnight are offered. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
*Please note that USPS has sent out multiple notices that they will be understaffed this holiday season causing packages to take longer than normal delivery times.
*There will be no guaranteed delivery dates this holiday season.
I want to customize a bracelet but I don’t see it as an option on your website. Can I do that?
Yes let’s do it! - if it’s with items that are offered by the shop of course. Just contact me with the idea you have in mind and we can try to make it happen. Unfortunately, some things are a no-go for the simple fact that sizing is an issue. For example, some charms are too small to fit onto bracelets with larger beads. But - I love making new items so let’s give it a try! Hey, maybe it will be the next new bracelet added to the shop and even named after you!
I need an order rushed. How do I go about it?
We can make it happen - for a small fee! Please contact me and let me know when you need it by. Customer will be responsible for expedited shipping costs.
I have not received my order and it has exceeded the turnaround and shipping time. How do I go about it?
If you have not heard from me and it has exceeded the turnaround time - please reach out to me. Once items are shipped out and a tracking number has been provided - they are no longer my responsibility. Please contact your local Postal Office with your tracking number to file a claim. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please contact me - I’m always here to help as much as I can!
I received my order and my bracelet(s) are damaged/not what I ordered.
In the instance that your order is damaged and/or incorrect, please contact me with your order number as soon as they arrive so we can fix it! Orders come with an invoice - please clarify that the invoice matches up with your order.
PLEASE NOTE - If you order a heart bead on your bracelet but do not clarify the placement of the heart bead, it will not come with one.
I received my bracelet(s) and they do not fit the way I would like them to. How do I get them fixed?
It is highly recommended that you measure prior to ordering. In the instance that your bracelet(s) do not fit, they can be fixed - for a $10 fee! You are responsible for all shipping costs + a small fee. The fee will cover materials + the shipping label back to you after they are fixed. Please contact me with your order number & what you need fixed. I will then provide the return address and send an invoice via e-mail. You are more than welcome to ship your stack to me however you would like (FedEx, USPS, UPS).
Do you ship outside of the US?
YES! This is something I have been working on + testing and it is something Shopjennamarie is proud to offer! If you are ordering outside of the US - please be aware that you may not be able to purchase through the website. Contact me and we can get your order placed! Please be aware that shipping costs will vary. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
